For almost 20 years, Premier Caregiver Services has offered expert dementia care to seniors across Jefferson County and, for almost as long, Honeywick has been their website and digital advertising partner. When John and his team came to us asking for help with refreshing their website’s look and turning their website into an SEO/AEO powerhouse, we were happy to help.
The overhaul started with a brand refresh and an entirely new design. The Premier Caregiver Services brand had been seen around the Louisville-area for over a decade when we began this project, so our design team focused on subtle refreshes and clarifying touches, like the addition of “Alzheimer’s and Dementia Experts”, instead of a logo overhaul. The website, on the other hand, underwent a complete transformation. Not only did the design of the homepage and inner pages change, a new color scheme established during the branding process was integrated and the majority of photography that had been stock was swapped out for proprietary imagery. In a business as personal as in-home healthcare, authenticity was at the forefront of our team’s efforts throughout the entire design, development, copywriting, and optimization processes.
The teams at Premier Caregiver Services and Honeywick alike understand that people searching for what Premier offers are usually in highly stressful situations, so having all the important information at their fingertips while browsing was and continues to be a part of our continued work together. Establishing this client’s extensive sitemap on top of an SEO and AEO-friendly page builder was a critical decision made on Day 1 of this project. The effort has paid off as Premier Caregiver Services maintain their high rankings in Google’s organic search results as well as Gemini’s repertoire to this day.
